With a bedroom furnished with a double bed and overlooking a quiet street, it offers a serene environment for relaxation.

The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa and a dining table, while the modern kitchen includes all the necessary amenities, such as an oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

Guests can also enjoy the outdoors on the balcony.

Access

The entire space of the Wings Building, along with its amenities, is included in this reservation. Please make yourself at home.

You are staying in a residential building, so kindly observe the quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and respect your neighbors.

Interaction With Guests

Upon arrival, there will be a welcome book to help you make the most of your stay (hidden gems, recommendations, local tips, etc.).

We choose to give guests their space, however, if needed we are available by phone, text or email.

Notes

As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property.

Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card.

Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €40, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details.

This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival.

There is no private parking, but you have access to an open-air parking area and can park wherever there is availability.

There is also the possibility of free parking outside, just a 1-minute walk from the building’s entrance.

We are open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Check-ins until midnight have no additional cost. For check-ins after midnight, there is an extra fee of €35, payable at the time of check-in.
