The first floor features a suite with a luxurious Queen-size bed, an additional bedroom with another Queen-size bed, a complete bathroom with a shower, a cozy living room with a sofa bed for one adult, and a fully equipped kitchen.

This apartment can accommodate a total of 5 guests.

It has access to a shared barbecue, wooden oven and a terrace with a breathtaking view.

Transit

The best way to get to Sky & Ocean Villa is by car.

If you prefer to get a transfer to and from the airport or to other places on the island, talk to us and we will arrange your trip with our local partners.

The transfer has an extra cost, but it is certainly cheaper than the price of taking a taxi at the airport.

Notes

Please respect the Portuguese noise silence law, from 10 pm until 9 am you should reduce the noise to minimum.

There isn’t a private parking space, there is two possibilities of parking.

Option A – 3 available spots next to the trash bins, you need to walk 15 meters thought the Levada on a straight line.

Option B – Parking on the street close by to the organic bin. You need to go up the stairs until the Levada and then go right side until house entry, 30 meters walking.

Interaction with guests

We choose to give guests their space, however, if needed we are available by phone, text or email.

Before your arrival, we will send you our digital guide, to help you make the most of your stay (how to park, how to arrive, hidden gems, recommendations, local tips, etc.).

Neighborhood

Located 45 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the city of Funchal, in the vicinity of Sky & Ocean Villa you will find a mini market, pharmacy, bank and some cafes.

A 5 minute drive you will find the center of the beautiful village of Calheta, with a very active cultural life, a white sand beach and a supermarket.

Take the opportunity to spend the day on one of the beaches in Jardim do Mar or Paul do Mar and enjoy a snack and a drink at the end of the day in one of the dining spaces that they have to offer.
