I choose to give guests their space; however, if needed, I’m available by phone, text, or email.

Notes

We will personally welcome you at the property to provide all necessary information and hand over the keys.

Our check-in hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For arrivals up until midnight, there is no additional cost. However, check-ins after midnight have an extra fee of €35.

We take pride in the cleanliness and attention to detail in our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay, followed by a quality check.

Please remember that you are staying in a residential building, treat our apartment and the community with respect. If any issues arise, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

To comply with all legal requirements and building safety regulations, you may be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, provide a valid credit card in a name that matches your ID, complete our guest portal verification, and, in some cases, undergo a background check.

– No disturbance, especially noise past 10pm
– No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
– Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation

– We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
– We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
– We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you.
– If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
