On the ground floor, the property offers a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with a fireplace and a heat recovery system that warms the bedrooms. There is also a guest bathroom, a second support kitchen, and a covered porch with large tables and benches, perfect for outdoor dining.

On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with double beds, both with access to a balcony, along with a full bathroom.

The outdoor area includes a large barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals, a small vegetable garden at the back of the house, and a central area with flowers and leisure spaces.

– No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
– Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation

– We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
– We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you.
– If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
