Discover our charming property, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with privacy and comfort. Relax in the spacious living room, featuring a cozy sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, creating special memories with your loved ones.

Enjoy the large dining area, ideal for gathering family or friends before exploring the wonders of Madeira Island or relaxing after a day full of discoveries.

Retreat to one of the tranquil bedrooms, including a suite with a private bathroom, providing maximum comfort. Additionally, there are two more full bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and attention to detail in all of our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitised after every stay then quality-checked.

Please remember that you’re staying in a private apartment in a residential building. Please treat our apartment and the neighbors with respect. If any problems arise, let us know.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Upon arrival, there will be a welcome book to help you make the most of your stay (hidden gems, recommendations, local tips, etc.).

I choose to give guests their space, however, if needed I’m available by phone, text or email.

– No disturbance, especially noise past 10pm
– No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
– Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation
– No video productions
– We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
– We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
– We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you.
– If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
