The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!
ID is required at time of booking and a rental agreement must be signed by guest booking with us.
Cancelation Policy upholds for every and all reservations.
Deposit is FULLY refundable 5 days after booking if no damages were done to home.
We have a strict cancellation policy in place. Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date and receive a full refund, after the 14 days there is a 100‰ cancellation fee.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both!

50€ add-on (2:00 pm instead)

We are open from 10 am until 10 pm, for check-ins arriving after midnight there is an extra fee of 35€ to be paid at check-in.
Yes, in certain locations only and extra fees can be charged.
Our internet speeds start at 200 MBPS to 400 MBPS depending on location.
Yes, all of our locations have either free designated parking or free street parking available.
