It is a quiet area during the day, from 22:00 few cars pass on the main road, have everything they need next to the apartment, transport, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, post office, pharmacies, etc.

It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Funchal, has parking space and is close to the entrance of the expressway so that you can move around easily to the rest of the island.
