MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ – MUNICIPAL TOURIST ECOTAX
The Tourist Ecotax stays is applied to guests over the age of thirteen, per person and per overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay. The tourist Ecotax has a value of 2€ per night per person, children under 12 years old are exempt.
Transit
You will need a car in this location, you are close by to everything but you need a car to move around, so it can be more comfortable.

As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property.
Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €500 will not be blocked on the card.
Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €75, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details.
This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival.
To access the house and enter the parking, it is needed to go down a steep road, nonetheless, we will help you enter and park the car.
It is not difficult to park the car, even so, if you don’t feel comfortable parking the car inside, you can always park the car on the street up the road, just at less than 1 minute’s walk.
There are renovations happening close by this location, even so, you will not be disturbed, inside the house, by construction noise.
