Just let us know in advance that you are interested in it and we will take care of everything with one of our local partners.

It is definitely cheaper than taking a taxi on your own at the airport.

Close to Barreiros Residence I, you will also find a bus stop to the Funchal city center.

Barreiros Residence I is situated in a building close to a mini-market, restaurant, and a variety of bakeries, this apartment allows you to benefit from all kinds of services as well as enjoy the peace of feeling away from everything, thanks to the private balcony and the mountains and sea views.

You are just a 10-minute drive to the beach, to Funchal center, and to the speedway connection, so you can visit the rest of the island.

– No disturbance, especially noise past 10 pm
– No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
– Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation (an additional 100€ per guest per night fee will apply)
– No video productions
– We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
– We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
– We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you.
– If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
