Transit

We advice you to rent a car, so it can be more comfortable to visit Madeira.

Nevertheless, we recommend a private transfer from and to the airport.

Just let us know in advance that you are interested in it and we will take care of everything with one of our local partners.

It is definitely cheaper than taking a taxi on your own at the airport.

Close to the Casa Estufa 25, you will also find a bus stop to Funchal city center.

Neighborhood

The location of the house allows that, at a short distance from you, you can find:
Uma das padaria to be able to buy fresh bread, 2 minutes away by foot.
A small supermarket (3 minutes walk).
A public garden with a cafe and children’s playground, Jardim de Santa Luzia (5 minutes walk).
Funchal center and the old city (10 min walk)

If you decide to go by car, the center of Funchal will be between 3 to 5 minutes of driving.

Access

Entire Space plus house amenities, games area, office, gardens are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home and respect it.

– No disturbance, especially noise past 10pm
– No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
– Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation
– No video productions
– We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
– We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
– We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you.
– If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
