The space is super modern, with a very well-organized space.
The house is cool in summer and warm in winter due to the quality of construction and thermal insulation.
All rooms have a huge window with sea and mountain views.
The kitchen and living room are shared, thus ensuring perfect harmony and connection to the whole family.
Transit
You will need a car in this location, you are close by to everything but you need a car to move around, so it can be more comfortable.
Notes
To access the house and enter the parking, it is needed to go down a steep road, nonetheless, we will help you enter and park the car.
It is not difficult to park the car, even so, if you don’t feel comfortable parking the car inside, you can always park the car on the street up the road, just at less than 1 minute’s walk.
There are renovations happening close by this location, even so, you will not be disturbed, inside the house, by construction noise.
