MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ – MUNICIPAL TOURIST ECOTAX

The Tourist Ecotax stays is applied to guests over the age of thirteen, per person and per overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay. The tourist Ecotax has a value of 2€ per night per person, children under 12 years old are exempt.

Upon arrival, there will be a welcome book to help you make the most of your stay (hidden gems, recommendations, local tips, etc.).

I choose to give guests their space, however, if needed I’m available by phone, text or email.

Close to Esfera I, you will find several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy our delicious gastronomy or international cuisine.

We can assure you that you have plenty to choose from!

Santa Cruz beach is 15 minutes away by car.

– No disturbance, especially noise past 10pm
– No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
– Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation

– We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
– We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a handling & shipping fee for returning requested items to you.
