The living room is cozy, equipped with a sofa bed and dining table, while the kitchen has all necessary amenities, including a washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

A complete bathroom with a shower complements the convenience. This upper floor detached house offers even more comfort with a suite bedroom with a bath tube, a balcony with sea view and a bedroom with a king size bed.

We are located at 10 minutes distance from the airport and 5 minutes distance from the center of Santa Cruz. We advise you to rent a car, the house is located up the hill. It is a steep street.

You are staying in the upper floor of a house divided into two floors, so please also respect the quiet hours, which are from 10 pm to 8 am, and be considerate of your neighbors.

No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
Do not have more guests than indicated in your reservation (an additional cost of €100 per guest per night will be applied)
